“In August 2014, we purchased a 38 year old condominium in Ottawa. We recognized the condominium would have to be completely renovated, in order that it met our needs, prior to us actually moving into it. HOME Inc. was one of three companies that we approached regarding our renovations. We chose HOME Inc. due to apparent expertise, estimates and services offered. We are very pleased that we did so. The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely designed for us and we had significant input into the design and choice of the fixtures, cabinets and tiling, etc. In some cases, we gave general requirements and left the final choice up HOME Inc. For example, the first time that we actually saw the hardwood flooring was during its actual installation. In all cases, we were pleased with the choices made for us. Our renovations were not really smooth and there were numerous times when we had to act on situations that arose. However, since we lived over a four hour drive from Ottawa, it was reassuring for us to be dealing with an organization in which we had complete trust. Based upon our experience, we would recommend HOME Inc. If we were doing it all over again, we would consider nobody else. We highly recommend HOME Inc. “Canadiana Cabinets saved my kitchen - literally! My husband and I had signed a contract with another company to design, build and install our kitchen renovation and two weeks before the project was to begin we were dumped by them because of internal issues on their end. The designer we had been working with asked if she could send our designs to Bill at Canadiana to see if he could help. With absolutely zero expectations, we said yes. Within a few hours of her contacting Bill, we had a phone call from him and an appt set up for the very next day. After checking out their website, we were tentative, but optimistic that this would be a good meeting. Within moments of meeting Bill and his staff, we knew we were in the right place and in good hands! Bill has grown this business from the ground up, and that is clearly evident when he interacts with his customers. There isn't a part of that shop that he isn't familiar with and he makes it a habit to routinely go out on the floor and inspect the work that his team is doing. The level of customer service from Canadiana Cabinetry has been outstanding throughout the entire process. Any time we've contacted Bill with questions or needing specs for other contractors, he's always responded within a few hours if not immediately. His knowledge of the industry is vast and his passion for what he does clearly runs just as deep. “We love our new kitchen - designed by Steve at The Cabinet Connection. It is a joy to work in my new kitchen! We had a small space and he provided us with a detailed rendering of the design before work started so that we could have a great picture of the finished design - from concept to completion. Every space was professionally designed and we have optimum use of each area - from cooking to preparation to storage - all within easy reach. Steve's attention to detail and excellent customer service throughout the project was always evident. Colour ideas, cabinetry, countertops, as well as assistance with appliance ideas was extremely well done, and suited our needs perfectly.
