CIR Electric worked with me and my builder, Natale Builders, on my new home construction project in 2012 to size, purchase, and install my photovoltaic system. They patiently answered all of my questions. CIR even put together a book of all the system’s specifications, diagrams, and technical details, including color photographs, for me. In short, they went above and beyond normal duties to win my trust and respect. I was impressed with everyone I worked with from CIR. The personnel at CIR were always on time for appointments, knew their stuff, were very friendly and professional, and even offered some support services beyond my expectations. For example, in the first month after the system was turned on, unbeknownst to me, CIR was monitoring my energy production via the website, and noticed that the solar panels were covered with snow for several days. They bought a solar panel snow rake and spent almost three hours one morning clearing the panels for me. My experience with CIR was very good and I would work with them again in the future, if the need ever arises.”
