“Pinnacle Window Solutions have been great to deal with. They quoted the project in a timely fashion and were quick to update changes. The windows and doors arrived sooner than promised (under 8 weeks with exterior paint) and in good shape. Had we ordered windows in one color they claim we could have had the windows in 4 weeks. The guys from Pinnacle even helped us unload and they were helpful and responsive when a door dind't latch correctly. And finally, the windows arrived with installation instructions, something we're not used to when ordering triple pane windows.”

We chose Marvin All Ultrex Casement and Awning Windows from the Marvin Design Gallery (MDG). They are terrific windows. They are attractive and work effortlessly...and now that winter has arrived and I am writing this review, I can add that they are very energy efficient. Choosing the style, material, color and exterior trim of our new windows were big decisions for us. We made at least 15 trips to the MDG. (Luckily, we live nearby). Being able to see the various types of windows installed was invaluable. The staff was always helpful and well informed about the product and priced the product very competitively. Even after we purchased our windows, we returned to the showroom to look at the various interior trim and window seat details, which helped us work with our contractor on the interior finishes.
