Small bathroom renovation where we gutted the entire thing and redid it from the ground up. We reconfigured the layout as well. This bathroom was for a rental so the client wanted it to be aesthetically pleasing and durable. We installed waterproof LVP as well as a water-saving toilet. The electrical was re-done (as we are licensed electricians as well), the plumbing was re-routed, and the wall you see in the photo was reframed. Overall, it turned out great!

'rational' cabinetry, the Telaio collection in creamy white with classic shaker profiles hosts contrasting dark oak trim. A servery coffee station is centered between wall pantry with pullouts and the stainless steel fridge. Above a 12' island with glass display doors, a featured display shelves and a stool spot, the "retractable" centre down draft is situated perfectly for offset zone cooking.
An illuminated suspended ceiling panel is placed above the island to capture a coziness. Rope lighting, pendants and pot lighting offer flexible lighting scenes. The sink is situated on the outer side which overlooks a gorgeous landscaped back yard. On the opposite side of the sink is a step down and gracious snack bar. A full height cultured stone feature wall a is the anchor of this home centre hub.
After the Dining Room wall was opened to the Kitchen and back wall removed, this home feels so much larger and is now allows this family of four to be interactive. #rational.de
