I am putting some vinyl cove base in a closet. When my husband was alive we installed some using the mastic for ceramic wall tile as an adhesive. It has held up good. I now see they have a special adhesive for the cove base but I have some mastic on hand and would like to use it. Any opinions on if that would be okay.
