I always make a list when I go to the grocery store. We even got rid of our Costco membership. (How much bulk can 2 people go thru?) We also live very simply. I don’t buy more than I need or reasonably use because I no longer have the space. We usually make a donation to whatever fundraiser we are at rather than play silent auction, unless there is something we want. I used to live in fear I would win something...then where would I put it? I’ve learned who will usually be interested in some of my cast offs. If no one wants then they get taken to Habitat Restore, Value Village, Salvation Army, or last resort - garbage. We have been married almost 42 years. How much stuff do we still need? If Either of us need something we just go buy it. My next big job is my closet. In fact all the closets in this house have newly installed cheap rods by the previous owners that have all bent. Also working on my sewing room and yarn stash.....the only remedy here is to stitch faster! Lol.

I always beautifully fold my clothes, but after a couple of days there is still a mess in my closet, so I have to do it again. I also have a fridge. It feels like it's just an endless waste of time.
