A lively, patterned chair gives these cabinets some snap! Keeping shelves well-balanced and not too crowded makes for a great look. Graphic-patterned fabric make the statement in this Atlanta home.

I believe that is Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17; the ceiling is just Sherwin-Williams white ceiling paint. The ceiling, in this instance was 17 ft.

Yes it is. A washable matte would work too if you need to wipe finger smudges from time to time.

Oh great! Thank you for clearing that up!!! It's a wonderful color.

The white and light collection was discontinued by Behr but Home Depot still has the paint Color in the system so they can mix it in all Behr paint and you can see the chip by asking to see the old Behr Color deck at any Home Depot.

Oh you're welcome. Looks nice and spacious in there. I think some trim around the outside of the shelves would help finish them off nicely. Sometimes I paint the back walls of shelves to add interest or even add a nice grasscloth. Good luck!

The client already had the carpet in her home, but the brand is Mohawk. I'm sorry I don't know the style or color. Thanks, Rachel

I like these side inserts - the detail at the top is interesting. I also like the separateness of them.

This fabric was offered by the furniture manufacturer, C. R. Laine, so I don't know if you can get the exact same fabric, but, you might find something very similar at Calico Corners or one of your local fabric stores. This was upholstery weight fabric, but certainly a pattern like this in a linen or linen type fabric would be really good for drapery. This had a burlap style weave and that would be great, too!
    Hope this was helpful, thanks,

Hi Alecia. As Rachel commented, this fabric is from CR Laine's collection of textiles. It is called Lynn Cream and is available for purchase on furniture or by the yard through authorized CR Laine retail locations across the USA. If you would like a fabric cutting, just e-mail us at info@crlaine.com. And, Rachel, this is a beautiful room. Thank you so much for including CR Laine in your design. ~ Holly Blalock, VP of Merchandising, CR Laine (www.crlaine.com)

It's a diamond shaped looped carpet. I don't know the exact style, but Mohawk has a similar style, I;m sure.

My client bought it at a framing shop. You should be able to check around at local framers and get either prints or original art for good prices.

It's surrounded with the stone and there are gas logs. There is a slate hearth as well.

That paint trim is Sherwin-Williams "Crystal White". Benjamin Moore "Cloud White" is also very close.

Keeping colors and tiles limited helps small spaces. Brightly colored cabinets make a big statement too. White cabinets with brightly-colored back-splash is a nice way to make a statement.

I found it at an outlet place. TJ Maxx or Z Gallerie probably has something similar.

The sofa is a creamy (with a hint of yellow), nubby linen/cotton with a herringbone pattern. Sorry there is no photo. It was Christmas and the tree was so big I couldn't get a good shot. Maybe I'll try again and post it.

That chair is from C. R. Laine. Go to their website to find retailers in your area. They have a big variety of fabrics to choose from. The retailer should have the swatches in the store.

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Fred Albert added this to The Case for In-Between ColorsAug 19, 2013

Is it gray? Is it brown? This color (Behr's Stepping Stones) is hard to pin down, and because of that, it captures your interest without drawing too much attention to itself.

Samantha Schoech added this to 16 Exuberant Armchairs to Give a Room Splash and DashMar 14, 2013

Even the beige-loving traditionalists among us could handle this.

Julia Pockett added this to Traditional Living Room Accessories for a Refined StyleSep 6, 2012

Room for display. Shelving in a recess beside the fire gives you the opportunity to display your favorite things. Vases are a great way to incorporate an accent color, but if you want to use one for flowers too, take careful measurements so you can fit the vase and blooms on the shelf.
