If you want to use the tubfiller keep in mind that the rough-in part will need a bit of space- essentially you have an elbow coming out from the device, turning 90 degree and going down towards the floor. You will end up with some sort of ledge or a platform - doesn't need to be more than 4", but if space is tight, then you might have to put the tubfiller in a different location, i.e. get a different ub model. And don't be discouraged - although a tubfiller-overflow is a standard device in Europe some plumbing sales centers might not be familiar with it - this does not mean that it is not out there. Also - make sure to deal with a plumber who, if he hasn't installed one yet, is open to learning, as there are some specific requirements that need to be adhered to in order to install this piece correctly.
Hope I didn't scare you with this - it's normal in the industry to come across people who don't want to handle 'new' products, so you better find someone who has the right attitude...
