Take a look at Benjamin Moore "North Shore Green." I used it in my bathroom, and it looks just like this picture.

Thanks for the question. The sink is flush against the wall. The battens stop above the sink. If you look close you will see the detail.

The wainscot is 4'-6" high. The mirror, excluding casing, is 27" x 34 1/2"

The battens are 1 1/2" wide, spaced equally on the walls about 10" apart.

The flooring is white tile from a seconds store and green roofing slate that was cut to 6x6 to match the tile size. It was a labor of love and I don't necessarily recommend it. But you should be able to find slate tile although it will probably be 12x12. You can have it cut to 6x6.

This a very simple method of dressing up the bath. Especially the presently damaged drywall and the need to tear in to the walls to move the electrical for lighting. In addition to a through the wall exhaust fan to combat the apartments moisture issues. Using relatively inexpensive MDF.
