Check with local builders to get a cost/square foot range for construction in your area. I assume it's less than in Austin. Add 20% to whatever number they give you and you can calculate how much house you can build. I'll design any size house that has a workable budget. You may contact me at tim@cuppettarchitects.com if you have more questions.

This driveway is pea gravel; it slopes very gently to drain; concrete ribbons help to keep it from washing out of place.

Do not have a record of he specific door provider; however, they were ordered as flat panel and battens we're applied to match the siding pattern.

driveway consists of gravel, not more than 1" thick, on top of compacted road base. Because the material is contained with curbs and is slopped only slightly, for drainage, it stays in place and has held up well. Because the gravel layer is relatively thin it is NOT squishy.

No, we don't sell house plans; only development designs for specific owners and sites.

There is a ribbon concrete curb that contains the driveway which consists of compacted limestone road-base material and pea gravel on top.

Leuders Limestone. Stone comes in a variety shades from gray to tan. You'll need to communicate which color unless you want a blend.

Limestone is from Leuders, TX. Colors range from gray to ochre. I recommend you show a photo to your contractor to communicate your goal for color and pattern.

Hi Tim! What color is the limestone on this house?

        Tim Cuppett Architects

Generally, the stone color is called "Buff" Leuders Limestone. You'll need to review samples as different parts of the quarry yield variations in color.
