There is no way I could have made the floor look half as good as they turned out. Robert with Hardwood Creations came and gave me a quote the day after I called. When I was ready for the work they got over there on very short notice and worked to complete the job in a timely manner and it looked great. With the shape the floors were in and the work I did myself, I was worried about how the floors would turn out. I was very pleased with the outcome and now the floors are the first thing people notice and comment on when they walk in the door.”

“Installed prefab hardwood upstairs and stained stairs to match. It is beautiful. A few months later we refinished 25 year old engineered hardwood, removed some tile and installed new hardwood with custom stain. Another company to us the old hardwood was too thin to refinish, yet Floors Etc was able to do a great job. The old and new floors match perfectly and are lined up seamlessly. They worked quickly and are very professional. I was able to reach them any time I had a question. After work was completed, I noticed a spot that was missed and they came back out immediately to fix it.”

“I hired Joe Hatdwood Floors to completely redo my hardwood floors in my new build Craftsman bungalow in the Houston Heights area - the builder had stained them black, which just doesn't work in Houston. Extremely well-organized operation, responds to phone and email questions, stuck to their word and timeline, cleaned up the mess, and the end result was spectacular. Ossie was the foreman on the job and was very personable, team was efficient and friendly, and Ossie even came over for a "post-op" visit when we had questions after the fact. I highly recommend Joe Hardwood Floors.”

“I purchased wood flooring and carpeting from Floor Gallery and they installed it. They did a very professional job and even worked with me on the price when we discovered that my concrete flooring was very unlevel and was going to require much more floating than anticipated. I looked at tile there for a fireplace remodel I was doing and decided not to go with them because I wanted someone who could do the tile and new mantel as a complete package. Big Mistake. I hired an independent guy who was a total amateur. Next time I'll hire Floor Gallery!”

“Did a great job with our 2,000 sf flooring job. The vinyl plank looks great. They gave a discount as well as tossed in free delivery and minor leveling work. The installers did the job in three days. When I had questions about the quality of work, they took the time to come and see and then explain everything in person. Definitely recommend them.”
