Flooring Installers in Milwaukee

“I have worked with Upkeep both professionally thru our flooring company helping to provide services we don’t offer, as well as personally, on projects around my house. Always a great experience and great quality! Highly recommend.”

“Rob helped us with our dream backyard from concept to finish. He came out to our home as many times as it took to get a feel for our space and what we wanted. He designed an artful patio - not your run-of-the-mill, square, copy and paste patio - and worked hard to bring it to life. He did repairs to our home, gave us expert advice, and oversaw the concrete pouring. He was always immediately accessible to communicate and was very easy to work with. Thank you for our patio, Rob!”

“Matt and his team at Refined Renovations are truly exceptional. They approach your project like it's their own home -- they really care, ask a lot of questions, get to know you, and keep working until it's exactly what you want. We had a lot of things we wanted to do that were very particular, and they came up with creative solutions that worked out well. We also made some changes and additions as we went, and they flexed as needed to incorporate new thinking or ideas along the way. Matt also partners with the best, and we were very pleased with the vendors he brought on. We would always trust his recommendation to find the best vendors in the Milwaukee area. We had a vendor already in place doing some home automation, and Matt and his team were also very willing to work in partnership with them. Our project was a condo remodel, including flooring, kitchen and bathroom. Condos come with a lot of extra rules and requirements since you have neighbors on all sides. But our project went incredibly smoothly. The team was extremely professional, deadlines were met, everything was kept clean and we heard very few complaints from our building management or neighbors. We also were out of town for long stretches of the project, meaning we weren't supervising or checking in on the work in any way -- and we never worried once. Matt is so trustworthy and dedicated, we'd gladly hand over our keys for another project, and know he would make sure it's flawless and beautiful. We absolutely love our home now, and are grateful to Matt and his team for all their amazing work.”
