“Not to often in life do individuals have an opportunity to build a house of their dreams. Our experience started in February of 2014 with Firetti Builders and their "Team". After interviewing five different contractors Firetti Builders were our choice, and it was the right choice for us. Joe Firetti is the head of this team who listens to what his customers want and helps incorporate those ideas into a custom home that is structurally sound and esthetically pleasing. His Project Manager Jay is hands on and works with the subcontractors to assure quality control of each and every phase of construction. Michelle and Debbie work behind the scenes to coordinate and work with the customer to provide updates on costs and other phases of the project. High standards, attention to detail and quality assurance have provided us with a home that we have received many compliments from both family and friends. “Beach home renovation: complete kitchen remodel, bathrooms, floors, ceilings (remove popcorn), additions of bedroom and bath, addition of double car garage, outdoor shower, patio and upstairs deck. Builder went above and beyond to do a great job. Made great ideas better, used high quality materials and had excellent workers. Always provided access to professionals if needed. Builder was a perfectionist at the craft- would go back and change things that were not quite perfect, but acceptable to us. This made for a truly great experience. Was always very honest in challenging design details, yet always went the extra mile to make sure our desires could be met. There wasn't a challenge he could find a solution that never sacrificed quality or design, in fact, he presented several design changes that were fantastic and something we didn't think of and we know renovation. Our renovation is beautiful and magazine worthy.”

“Ian Johnston has done an excellent job of designing and serving as the on -going architect for a project at our beach community. This project is now in its 4th and final year, covering 8 condominium buildings. His architecture drawings were thorough and were the basis for contractor bidding; He remained involved to inspect the stages of completion in each building. He participated in a process where he met with the facility manager and the general contractor project manager weekly. This enabled the establishment of a punch list each week of items to be resolved and ensure that a high level of quality was maintained throughout the project.”

“David's architectural and Ashley's design services are second to none. My wife and I started out with a big challenge for David (to turn the eyesore of the neighborhood into a place that we would be happy to call home), and he rose to the occasion and then some. The work product was second-to-none, and we keep coming back with new projects whenever we have a need. Ashley was a delight to work with as we gutted our living/dining/kitchen area, and she helped us create a space that our family loves to spend time in. The team at Lisle Architecture and Design is the best in town, and we can't recommend them highly enough!”
