“My wife and I bought a gorgeous home built by ETB Homes in Buckhead, Atlanta. We saw it before it was even finished and knew it was the home we wanted to raise our children in. And we couldn't be happier with our home -- no buyer's remorse here at all! You see a lot of builders willing to build anything anywhere, but with our home it's clear there was serious forethought put into its design and floorplan and it just works great. And what's more is they respond to e-mails, calls, or texts very quickly! You don't see that level of responsiveness that often in this industry. We haven't had any wear-and-tear issues. When we had our home warranty four-month walkthrough, they told us you typically see nail pop-outs and such at this time. We have none. In fact, the only two issues we've had were very minor -- a fireplace remote and one GFCI outlet in the basement and they were corrected immediately. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found an ETB Home!”

“Trey Robinson, Prime Construction, added a 700 sq ft addition to our existing 28 year old 2 story home. He added a master bedroom on the main level, a 6 fixture bathroom and a walk in closet over a full unfinished basement. The constitution included demolition of a side porch, repairs to the living and dining where the addition joined, and extensive grading and tree removal. The construction only took 4 months to complete and living in our existing home was not disruptive. All the subcontractors he used were professional, competent and respectful of us and our home. We are more than pleased with the process and the results, and it has made our home much more livable.”
