What I love most about Megan is that she combines expert structural detail of a home along with beautiful interior design ideas. She has simple affordable solutions to projects that can be over quoted by contractors. I was struggling with remodeling my late 90's traditional home: painting stained woodwork, matching original oak flooring and combating soffits. After failed attempts and feeling defeated I was elated to find out Megan had opened her own design business. I reached out to her and she responded with energy and confidence that she could help me create what I was looking for. The space in our home that needed the most improvement was our tiny first floor powder room. The cabinet was original to the house and the soffit enclosed the small space. “Mary Dixon redecorated a dining room and a bedroom for me. With the exception of eight dining room chairs, it was a complete redecorating job from the ground up. I had searched and searched for a decorator to do the complete job. What I came across over and over again were decorators who simply wanted to sell me big-ticket items and then disappear when it came time to accessorize, paint, hang curtains etc.. Mary worked hard to determine exactly what it was that I wanted. Many times Mary said, "I don't want you to like it, I want you to love it". Mission accomplished. I left my old bedroom ( new paint and wallpaper were in place) on a Wednesday morning and when I returned that evening - TA DA! The big reveal! Everything thing was finished plus a few little surprises. It was stunning! The dinning room was just as beautiful. It was part of a great-room and she made it flow perfectly.
