“Our Florida home has been under Vinnie's management for over 9 months. The service and app updates are excellent as the company offers many services with customer centric focus. The place was extremely clean, especially the bathrooms, kitchen and all the appliances. In terms of outside of the home, the landscaping was beautiful and all the trees, bushes and greenery was in great condition. There weren't even spiderwebs on the lanai! The monthly maintenance package is a great value. I wish there were more locations for our home in Colorado.”

“My Wife and I hired Rick McGuire to do a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. He also installed cabinets over the desk area, new bi-fold doors covering the washer and dryer and replaced both windows in the front of the condo. They had to tear out the entire kitchen, raise the ceiling in the kitchen, install new lighting and glass tile back splash, replace both vanities and replace the entire master bath shower. The job took longer than expected but Rick and his crew were perfectionists. They also encountered plumbing problems in both baths and had to reconfigure two of the kitchen cabinets since there was a 4” pipe located behind the cabinets. While he was working on the project he always returned my phone calls and always showed up when scheduled. I would highly recommend Rick McGuire Construction for any home improvement.”

“We contracted with Myakka to redo our kitchen. In our remodel, Myakka hired a custom cabinet maker to make and install the cabinets and a stone countertop company to do the countertop. Myakka did all the other work (plumbing, electric, dry wall, paint) as well as managed the work done by the cabinet maker and countertop companies. Myakka stayed on top of everything to insure all the work was done by the completion date we wanted. Both Ed and Anthony were hands on and a real pleasure to know and work with. We highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again for another remodel.”

“Kitchens by Laura provided a highly professional complete remodeling of my kitchen and guest bathroom. This comprised of the complete removal of flooring and cabinets in both the kitchen, laundry area and guest bathroom. Also included was the removal of all light fixtures to be replaced with design recessed energy efficient ceiling lights and under the counter lighting. This company provided an excellent hands on guidance in facilitating me in selecting the grade of the floor tile, custom cabinetry, faucets and sink. The presentation of documentation such as design drawings, layout drawings and various samples was really outstanding. Because of this attention to detail of this documentation I was able to clearly see before hand what the new kitchen would look like. The construction contractor was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The construction contractor illustrated the ability to select sub contractors that provided this construction project with quality work. The selected subcontractors illustrated to me pride in their work performance as they accomplished quality results. Working with Laura through out this project gave me feelings of serendipity. I learned that Laura was a passionate professional. While working with her you soon learned that she is a driven perfectionist on all her projects. Working closely with her on this project was a significant experience for me. I am not going to get into the details of cost proposal for this project. However, I can say that pricing for materials and labor for this project was of a fair market pricing value. Extensive research into this by myself of material cost and labor cost specified in this construction project illustrated this to me. In conclusion I want to state for the record that quality companies like Kitchens By Laura is extremely rare in these current economic times.”
