“Our backyard experienced a very high water table which often made it soggy and unusable. Water drains onto our property from our uphill neighbors, which includes their roof downspouts. Drainage Team analyzed the problem and recommended the installation of a large French Drain system. The pipes drain to a well containing a float actuated sump pump, which directs the water around the house to an outfall point in the front lawn, and from there it flows down the lawn to the street, then along the curb to the storm inlet. Drainage team performed very well, finished the work on time and displayed a cooperative and helpful spirit. I recommend this company and would hire them again. They are excellent. “John Loughman was very easy to work with and intent on meeting our needs. He did several small jobs for us (closet door install, roof flashing repair, staircase railing) but treated each carefully and thoroughly. The one job he couldn't do for us, he found another contractor who did the job. He was always courteous and communicated well, was honest and worked with us to reduce costs when we could. He kept everything clean and neat and helped us adapt our ideas to the actual situation. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.”

“If you are looking for a specialty contractor, look no more. Steve is very professional and meticulous in his craftsmanship. Steve built our four beautiful bookcases (pictured) which turned out great. The bookcases appear to be built-ins, but are indeed standalone. This will allow us the ability to move them if/when we ever decide to. Steve did such good work on the bookcases that we also had him build a gate for the top of our staircase. This has provided safety for our grandchildren as well as a beautiful focal point to the stairs. Thanks Steve for providing us with such wonderful additions to our home. We look forward to working with you again in the near future.”
