I designed the vine myself and painted it on the wall with black paint using a projector as a guide. Sorry I can't be more help!

The design on the wall was painted on, check nbwilson's comment above. Uppercase Living, the company who makes these decals I posted, sells the two pictured above and many more. Decals can be applied quite easily to any smooth surface. For the white flowers you could use decals or purchase silk flowers and attach them to the decal. Hope this was helpful!
