There are some lovely window trims that add height to the top of the windows. You don't have enough wall to do wall mouldings that will look right - use drapery and let them hang open between on what little wall you have instead if you want a traditional look ..

I was wanting to do moulding between the windows, and also on the larger blank walls (6m and 5m) on the inside of the room (no windows). Do you think it will work? This is the idea i was working off.

It can work, but you have so much window, that the area left for moldings seems to cut down the available space for art even more. If you had room for moldings above the windows like the one above the door on the right, then you could take your moldings higher than the tops of the windows, but you do not, they do need to line up . . .note that those rooms have beefed up skirting boards and beefed up crown molding - there is serious trim around each opening . . and I guess that is where I suggest you have them start - not just with the panel mouldings but withbeefed up molding around each window -
