Panel installation...

Hello. Thanks for answering so many questions. Can you tell me how the panels are mounted. Are they attached directly to the studs? Were screws or nails used? Glue? I don't see any apparent nail wholes and the finish is beautifully elegant. Thanks in advance...

The plywood panels here are attached with both glue and finish nails (hence why they do not seem to be visible in this photo). The metal at the joins is an aluminum "T" trim, also glued in place.
