Arguably the best thing about Christmas is the food. There isn't anyone who doesn't get excited about a good Christmas dinner, but is there one part that takes the cake? Is it the turkey, the stuffing, parsnips or even bread sauce?

My lovely (!) homemade veggie roast Tom and the satisfaction that comes from having made and frozen it weeks in advance. That way, there's less time cooking and more time champagne drinking!!
Oh, and lots of roast potatoes! Cheers!

Creamy johannsen's potatoes - yum! But most of all I like that moment when all the work is done and you're sitting at the dinner table and suddenly, at last, you feel Christmassy. :)

I may be the only person in the world who favours brussels sprouts… in lashings of butter and black pepper. Mmmmm. But I also love the roast potatoes…. oh! and the bit where the "good" wine comes up from the cellar, "because now we've got an excuse".

The champagne ( normally in my house it cava from Iceland at £3 but I splash out at Xmas lol) but if your talking food then I always enjoy the soup
