Need help with small space! Blue print attached! Thanks!

Hey everyone!
So I'm moving into a condo and I'm having a hard time trying what to do for this layout.
I am thinkin a sectional but not sure which way the "L" should go. I am also open to different ideas.
Something I do know, is I have a Eames (knockoff) chair that I want to put in the corner as a focal point. And the corner I will be putting it is to the right of the balcony doors, in that corner. The intersecting wall with that corner will be my entertainment wall.
Besides that guys I'm open for suggestions! Unless you have a better idea lol
