If I'm not mistaken, I have the same fireplace and the hammered pattern at the vents is more of an "x" that takes on the shape of a trefoil due to the texture. I personally prefer the color variations in the first tile. Hard to tell the scale of the tile repeat in the photos, but hope you have enough area for the incredible pattern to be fully appreciated. Amazing view lakehouse!

Beautiful! you can also order it with different colors. This one in particular, is Calacatta with thassos.

What other color combinations are there? I must've overlooked that on their site... I have to drive an hour and a half to the closest showroom, so I'm glad to hear there are some options! Now that I look at it... I'm wondering if that tile will look right with the cut out pattern in the fireplace? Although it's my favorite, should I maybe consider this other tile?

That is a custom piece, so it can be order in any color. Think of stones and which ones you like. What city are you located in?

I'm in Tennessee. I called Artistic Tile and was told Cleveland Tennessee was the closest dealer
