It is Brunnera 'Jack Frost', a perennial which blooms early in the season and these large leaves are carried all through summer and into fall.

Love this combination, I have recently found the beauty in foliage plants for my pots, instead of tedious annuals. Greens, silvers and all kinds of Coleus. Low maintenance and textured! Then...in the ground they go!
