I don't recall exactly, but the finished seat height should be 18" and the depth between 19 and 20 and the back height is probably 13 or 14. It just meets the sill.

How are the back cushions mounted to the wall?

I believe that they were just fitted between the seat cushion and the sill with nothing on the back side of the cushions.
