It looks like one pleated shade to us. Generally they can be ordered to a maximum width of 120"- 144". These will probably be your best bet to get a similar look: http://www.blinds.com/control/product/productID,8773

It does look like a single pleated shade, although it could be a wide honeycomb style shade. Might we add, motorization will make the window shade easier to operate.
