It kind of depends on what style the rest of the house is....?

White distressed vanity. With framed window mirror. White hooks. White shower curtain. Use accessories of your personality, if it is cabin, trees, floral, etc, but keep the overall look as an adventure spa look. I would go with high Chrome faucets and lighting

Even more than the living room, I think painted wood walls in this bathroom would be so beautiful! Something light, white, oyster or off white. Then if walls were a shade of white, I'd do black or a dark vanity, white top and fixtures, and chrome faucets and black wrought iron type hardware. And a fun brightly colored fabric for window treatment.

Would love to paint the walls, but dont think husband is going to go for it. UUGGHH Trying to work around it as best I can!

Got it! :) well then try to bring in as much painted wood to contrast all the wood. Or maybe you could start small. .. just do one wall to show him how nice it can look. ;)
