Would this cabinetry work in a smaller bathroom with a 48 inch vanity

This is my favorite bathroom design with the custom cabinetry. Would this work in a smaller bathroom where the space for the vanity is about 48 inches wide ( with a 24 inch sink base and a 12 inch wide set of drawers on each side) and where the vanity would be next to a toilet -all on a 75 inch length of wall? Or would it be "too much"?
Also, what shade on onyx and limestone are on the floor? Thank you

The same detailing could be used for a smaller vanity. To get the bump in the counter you have to make sure your sink is small enough to fit. I do not have the shade of the floor tiles.
