I HAVE A call in Burkes Flooring. I also called Clorox, makers of Pine Sol and they said the ph is 10-11. I think the ph has to be no more than 8.5. I cant stand my dirty floor, lol! Thanks so much for your in put.

I use a Ph neutral tile and grout cleaner for my tile floor that I got at Home Depot. I just searched their web site for a Ph neutral floor cleaner and came up with this:

I linked to the gallon as it's got a couple of reviews whereas the quart size doesn't. I'm sure any good flooring store sells similar products.

Just an update. The sales rep from Burkes Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring also told me that la Awesome from Dollar Tree is a neutral ph. balance. Tried it, rinsed WELL and liked it. Rinsing is the main thing.

I have used Awesome on my former, old floor. I liked it. Thanks for the Ph info. Might need to give it a try on my newer sheet vinyl wood plank-look floor. After 3 years of "cleaning" it, I see dirt stuck in the small crevices. Quite the eye-opener esp. After I pulled a table away from the wall a saw the original flooring looking brand new! Yikes!!
