I currently have Viking appliances that are about 10 years old but functioning. I'm getting new cabinetry for the kitchen. My cabinet guy says that if my 27" wall oven goes kaput in a couple of years, it might be hard to find a replacement in this size. Upgrading to a 30" at a later date would be tough given my current cabinetry design and cutouts. Therefore, I'm considering a new wall oven. Although I can afford this, I wasn't planning on the additional expense and would rather put this money in my master bath remodel. My question is, how valid is his suspicion that 27" will be hard to find? Thanks for your input.
