My back yard is about 0.4 acres (more or less a rectangle and fenced) and it is empty. It faces the south. On either of the longer sides it has gentle slopes, on one the slope is from the fence towards the inside of the fence; on the other side the slope starts about 6 feet from the fence and runs towards the fence. There's only grass. How could I design a garden on it? I love the idea of having aromatic flowers and would love an interesting, natural look.
