Getting an exact sample will be difficult. I would suggest that you choose a cabinet maker and get them to provide you with some samples. These colours are quite typical. You may also want to approach a Benjamin Moore paint store or some other paint supplier and get a colour chip from them that you like. You can give this to your cabinet maker to match. Hope that helps.
