Looks like pretty high end fixtures. If you are living in Vancouver I would try Cantu Hardware in Vancouver. http://cantubathrooms.com ask for Merique. Extension 211 I believe.

We have this Kohler rain shower head. It is very nice. A lot of water comes out.

We use it more for the light effects.

We also have a 2nd wall shower head that we pretty much use all the time. Better on water usage.
