Hardware for built in filing cabinet

Help! My cabinet maker is building us some drawers for built in filing system. I would like it to be like the bottom drawer in the picture - with two rows of letter files hanging front to back. Our cabinet maker does not sell the hardware and couldn't tell me where to get it. Anyone know? Also, do you have to have the wooden divider in the middle for the hardware to hang or is there a system we could install without that? I need to decide the drawer dimensions today! Any advice on how to install, dimensions or hardware would be greatly appreciated!!
