There are a bunch of restaurant supply stores, which are open to the public- located on The Bowery. Just Google those key terms. Or you could try JB Prince in NY, as they sell online, but are really a chefs' supply store.

I bought the 4.25 quart from food service warehouse (linked above) and does appear way too big! And took 6 weeks to get, ugh. Any ideas on size of cylinders in photo? Woodworks pro can you help? Thanks!

Rev-A-Shelf makes an item that should work great for this application, although I've never seen them in person. It is a set of stainless steel canisters (Item #5DCH-2-1-CR) that fit into a pegboard system in the bottom of a drawer. They are 6-1/2" wide x 10-1/4" deep according to the specs. You could fit one, two or three sets in a drawer, depending on the size of the drawer. The great thing is if you wanted to use it for a different application later, the pegboard bottom can be removed or used for other things like lid/pot organizers, dish pegs, and such made to fit into the Rev-A-Shelf pegboard system. The only thing is, I don't know if the see-through lid is removable or not since I've never seen these in real-life.

I don't know what size you're looking for but I bought one similar at Walmart (of all places). It was stainless and very inexpensive.
