What type of "header or pleater tape" is used on the drapes?

The drapes seem to "fold" so well. I was wondering what type of "pleater tape" or other header material was used to create the folds/pleats. It's so easy to use the rings to attach the panels to the rods. I've found though, that the folds do not stay in place when I simply use the ring clips.
