Moen T6620ORB Oil Rubbed Bronze Double Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet Less Valve from the Brantford Collect

I am seriously considering purchasing a Moen Bathroom Faucet in Oil Rubbed Bronze. But a colleague at work suggested that I consider purchasing either Brush Nickel or Chrome because waterspots show up easily on bronze. Is this true? Any comments or suggestions you have would be appreciated.

I have bronze, but slightly lighter version in my kitchen. we have hard water but not a spotting problem. I just clean it every day. Trouble is now I'm redoing the laundry and powder room next to it and can't find fixtures that blend in. Sticking with chrome would have been simpler.
