I am currently building a house and I love the dark stain cabniets in the kitchen and bathroom, but dont love the dark stain on the trim. I cannot afford to do painted trim ($10,000 more). I also am having oak cabniets/trim. Trying to figure out if I can do the dark stained cabniets with a lighter stained trim. And what color would look good on oak??? Please help I need to make a decision soon!
