The flooring is Smoked Oak, wide plank engineered hardwood from Kentwood/Carpet One Floor & Home:

I can't seem to find that style on their site. Do you know if it's called something different on their site? Thanks!

A lot of companies use names to describe their products that are specific just to their brand. Sometimes that will throw you off when you search for it so dont feel bad. I know Rubio Monocoat makes a very similar product with 0% VOC thats very nice.
