They are a bromeliad. A Giant variety like alcantarea rubra. I have one very small one and looking forward to it getting this big

The bromeliad is an Imperial Bromeliad

That plant is called a Travelers Plant it grows very tall but gorgeous.

Actually, that may be a White Bird of Paradise. The Traveler's Palm has a wider leaf and grows 20 to 30 feet tall. The single stalk if kept trimmed looks like a huge fan. The White Bird is smaller in size if kept trimmed and puts out a white beautiful flower. Both are very similar to each other.

The strappy plants on the RHS of the urn are Strelitzia Nicolai or generally known as Giant Bird of Paradise. Hope that helps
