workshop becomes new master bedroom and needs bathroom!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I am a saddler in Pennsylvania and member of the Society for Master Saddlers in England. I have just closed my business and completely cleaned out my very large workshop. I put two beds in temporarily for my grandchildren to visit this summer. The space can now become a great master/guest bedroom but, of course, needs a new bathroom. The space and light are there with a nice big (3'X5' casement) window for the bathroom itself. The house is right on the Susquehanna River. We see the sunrise every morning. The corner for the new bathroom would be, as I envision it, in the first photo. But the designers are the bosses! FYI, under the new bathroom is the open ceiling of the garage,about 15 feet high since we are raised up for floods.
