This day bed is at least 30" x 84". This is great for sitting, but a bit narrow for sleeping. I recommend extending another 6" for sleeping. Deeper than 30" makes sitting and leaning back against the window awkward. Be careful not to have any window sills project or overhang the casings. These bumps are uncomfortable to lean against.
