Pottery Barn fabric: Basketweave slub oatmeal

Help! Getting ready to purchase PB sofas and need honest advice/opinions on the basketweave slub fabric. It is not a performance fabric (particularly in the oatmeal color) but has held up nicely when using the swatches to test stains. Any and all feedback appreciated! Pics would be great too!

Testing for stains and living with a fabric in real life are not the same. When a fabric tells you it is not a preformance fabric run away. I have no idea about your life or where these soafas are going but IMO if you have kids and the furniture is going in a FR get leather

I am wondering if you went ahead and got the sofa wiht the basketweave slub oatmeal, and if so, how has it held up in terms of fabric quality and stains? I really like the look of this fabric more than any of the others but am concerned about the lower fabric grade compared to the performance fabrics. If you used it, it would be super helpful to get your thoughts. Thanks!
