Custom Color Paint Formula? Please!

I'm trying to find this color all over the place, it looks like a Hardie color, can you please provide the formula so I can order it? Thank you!

I think it's their Lido Blue but I could be completely wrong! But by the look all of their other blues look too bright to be this darker greyish navy.
