Where can I go to look at the plans for this house?

I have a lake lot that has a drainage ditch on one side and a house encroaching on my property line on the other. It is fairly steep on back side so I was wanting a walk out basement. I would like large porch/sunroom on back to enjoy lake view. It needs to be at least three bedrooms. I am also looking into building a duplex so if my children and I could inhabit the first floor and basement and I could make a second smaller home on top floor that would be ideal.
