Same paint color for master bedroom and master bath suite?

We are painting next weekend and I'm trying to give our master bedroom and bath a soothing relaxed feel (think beachlike.) The room so far is empty except for new dark brown furniture and light gray bedding. I'm thinking of painting the bedroom a diluted BM Quite Moments or Healing Aloe. What color should I paint the adjoining master bath? The bath gets lots of light. Same color as bedroom? Or is it better to go with a different color?

Start with the same color for design continuity.

I don't think there is a "better or worse" in that situation more of what you want to see. If your bath gets more light than the bedroom, the effect will be different even if the colors are the same. Basically, you'll get a subtle change even with the same color. If you want to see more of a difference, then maybe go a shade darker or lighter depending on which you feel most comfortable.
