This is a new (for us) exquisite 1960's contemporary home with very spacious formal living room/ dining room. Normal bedrooms(4) with spacious closets. These are new widows and the view is entering from the front door. The walls & ceiling are going to be a blank canvas. This home is approx 3200 sq ft. We bought this home for many reasons, just one being it provides us an adequate place for social entertainment and facilities. We love the no fuss look, clean lines, lots of big windows throughout as well as a leveled roof (which is fairly new) We do not want to restore the color scheme to the original 1960's colors. All the hardwood floors have been restored. We need to paint, buy furniture, and update lighting. The only place & best place to put our baby black grand piano is over to the far right (which was the former owners dining room). There is a door that leads into the kitchen as well.
