Need help for kitchen countertop color.

kitchen cabinets are dark purple and white, floor white ,walls off white.What should be the color of counter top granite.

I have just planned the above color scheme for my new home .Not yet completed and I have to put an order for granite . ACTUALLY I like white counter tops but marble is not a good option. Should I choose WHITE GRANITE OR JETBLACK TO GIVE A CONTRAST OR SOMETHING ELSE?.

HI --- Quartz counters will get you the white you want and it is actually better than granite .

What about the the porosity and strength of quartz as compared to granite and marble

HI -- Better all around . Granite and marble has to be treated (sealed) every 6 months... Quartz does not and is stronger .
