This 150ft2 building is in the back of our 200 year old Colonial Fixer-Upper Home. As you can see, it has potential, and we already have design ideas to make it into a "Garden-Grill" with a planter's workroom on the interior with dried flowers... twinkle lights, etc and a Grill/Pizza Oven on the side patio area. Aside from the roof (which we are replacing soon) the building IS very sturdy. Any MASONARY ideas on how to touch up the exterior and make it look nicer? Not sure if/how we can remove some of that concrete which hides the best features.
