Can you tell us the distance from house to road

Just bought a house only 16 feet from sidewalk with zero curb appeal. This is just lovely.

This house is approximately 25 feet from street curb to the closest face of the house. You could probably do something nice with a 16' setback. This house previously lacked curb appeal as well, as per the attached "before" photo

Totally see how you have totally improved this. Our challenge is even worse. Do you do consulting remotely for a fee? I plan to use this house pic as example of what to do.

Consulting remotely would be difficult for a number of reasons. There are City or jurisdictional codes that you may be subject to. Our awareness of site conditions will be limited. Our ability to provide a complete and satisfactory service would be very difficult. I suggest you hire a local landscape architect and be clear as to what your design expecations and desires are. The City that this project was built in has some very precise requirements, such as a percentage of paved surface in the front yard, percentage of water loving plants, etc. Only a local designer may be well versed on these subjects.
